Description

You will design, develop, and maintain data ingestion pipelines and reporting systems using Splunk and ServiceNow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into sustainability reporting systems.
• Build and manage interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize sustainability metrics for stakeholders.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows and dashboard functionalities for accuracy.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to integrate new data sources and improve reporting capabilities.
• Support and enhance ServiceNow catalog coding and workflows to meet analytics needs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total IT experience.
• 3+ years of strong, recent experience with Splunk.
• 4+ years of experience in SQL across multiple database management systems.
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment.
• Experience with AWS or Databricks.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow development experience, including catalog coding and workflow customization.
• Familiarity with AWS or Databricks.
