Description

You will architect and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and the Spring Boot framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs, database schemas, and integration points.
• Optimize application performance through profiling, bottleneck identification, and tuning.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Mentor junior developers via code reviews and technical guidance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide production support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Spring MVC and Spring Data.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software principles.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate and JPA.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, Angular, or React.
• Background in the telecom or cable industry.
