Description

You will manage, maintain, and rewrite legacy SQL processes to support infrastructure changes and versioning.

Responsibilities

• Author complex SQL scripts and maintain legacy processes to accommodate infrastructure changes.
• Apply security-driven development standards based on NIST, Microsoft Trust Center, and penetration testing results.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Application Designers, and Project Owners on workflow discovery and application design.
• Execute data modeling tasks including logical, physical, and relational modeling.
• Support implementation of process controls and participate in all assigned project meetings.

Required Skills

• 10 to 15 years of experience in database design, testing, implementation, and administration across multiple platforms.
• Expertise in SQL programming, including DML, DQL, and DCL.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling using ER diagrams, entities, attributes, cardinality, functions, views, and triggers.
• Deep understanding of normalization, aggregation, concurrency, and data modeling.
• Experience with data interchange formats such as JSON.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services, Blob Storage, and DevOps.
• Proficiency with SQL Data Tools, MS Power Apps, SQL Reporting Services, and MS Power BI.
• Working knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing security standards aligned with NIST and Azure compliance.
