Description

You will manage core database administration for on-premises and Azure cloud environments. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily DBA tasks including database backups, restores, and health checks.
• Manage database installations, configurations, and continuous system monitoring.
• Perform database refreshes and migrations between on-premises and Azure cloud.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, including SQL blocking, locking, and log reviews.
• Generate database reports and monitor overall system health.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in SQL Database Administration.
• Expertise in SQL Server administration and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud database environments.
• Proven track record with database migrations (On-Prem to Azure).
• Deep understanding of database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing SQL blocking and locking issues.
• Ability to perform database restores and recovery operations.
