Description

You will lead development and administration for critical applications, including the implementation of a new Paid Family Medical Leave program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer COTS applications and implement necessary tailoring and changes.
• Collaborate with vendors to identify and document technical requirements.
• Execute deployments following the SOM Deployment Certification process.
• Create detailed requirements documentation based on stakeholder meetings.
• Support applications through the full lifecycle from implementation to ongoing administration.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience using MS SQL Services.
• Proficiency with SSIS and SSRS.
• 5 years of experience in application administration and tailoring.
• Experience working directly with vendors during implementation phases.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into formal requirement documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
