Description

You design, develop, and maintain complex Oracle database solutions, ensuring high performance and data integrity for large-scale datasets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and PL/SQL objects, including DML and DDL operations.
• Tune database and SQL performance for very large data sets and troubleshoot logical or functional coding errors.
• Design and maintain database-driven reporting initiatives with strict data validation and referential integrity.
• Collaborate with teams using Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and ServiceNow to support continuous integration and workflow management.
• Document system architecture using UML and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of experience with Oracle databases and relational database designs.
• Expert-level SQL querying and database manipulation capabilities.
• Strong experience in database and SQL performance tuning.
• Proficiency in data modeling and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with ETL practices and tools such as Informatica or Pentaho.
• Knowledge of database security, role-based access, and query tools like TOAD or SQL Developer.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web and front-end technologies: XML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, NodeJS, or React.
• 5+ years of experience in Integrated Eligibility or Healthcare domains (SNAP/TANF/Medicaid).
• Experience developing reports for federal agencies and Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
