Description

You will manage production database stability and reporting for healthcare systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production jobs and services daily to ensure continuous uptime.
• Analyze job or service failures and report findings to management and the IO team.
• Investigate production incidents and provide detailed technical analysis to the offshore development team.
• Generate ad-hoc reports based on specific client requests.
• Respond to client application inquiries within thirty minutes of receipt.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a SQL Programmer.
• Professional experience working within healthcare or health insurance environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL.
• Expertise in SSRS for report generation.
• Experience with SSIS for data integration and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
