Description

You will design, develop, and implement complex database solutions while serving as a subject matter expert for the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple moderately complex projects and direct team activities for special initiatives.
• Provide work leadership by assigning tasks and resolving technical problems.
• Troubleshoot, improve processes, and ensure operational excellence across database environments.
• Own complex problems requiring in-depth analysis of data and situations with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with SQL Server Administration.
• Experience with AlwaysOn performance and tuning for large, high-tier environments.
• Previous Bank experience as an MS SQL DBA, preferably on the Application DBA side.
• Proficiency with Linux administration and scripting (Shell, Python).
• Experience automating operational tasks, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
• Strong sense of problem ownership and client accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
