Description

You will architect, optimize, and maintain large-scale Microsoft SQL Server environments, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and performance at the 10TB+ scale.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SQL Server architecture for databases exceeding 10TB in size.
• Execute performance tuning, query optimization, and advanced indexing strategies.
• Manage High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
• Drive database modernization initiatives and partitioning implementations.
• Maintain database stability and reliability across complex production environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proven expertise in managing 10TB+ database environments.
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server architecture, partitioning, and indexing.
• Strong background in performance tuning and query optimization.
• Experience implementing HA/DR solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with database modernization projects.
