Description

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and SQL Server.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using Java and SQL Server.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance.
• Integrate backend services with Java applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java (Core & Advanced).
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, triggers, stored procedures).
• Knowledge of JDBC and ORM frameworks.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with version control tools like Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
