Description

Own, operate, and scale mission-critical IBM webMethods integrations using SRE principles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using IBM webMethods (IS, Broker/UM, MWS, TN, APIG).
• Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to ensure high availability and performance.
• Lead incident management, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Implement resiliency, failover, and disaster recovery strategies for integration platforms.
• Automate deployments and configuration management via CI/CD pipelines to reduce toil.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of integration experience with deep expertise in IBM webMethods.
• Proficiency in IBM webMethods Integration Server, Universal Messaging, Trading Networks, and API Gateway.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on monitoring and logging using Elastic, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Strong background in performance engineering, tuning, and capacity planning.
• Ability to implement SRE principles including reliability engineering and automation.
• Experience with B2B, API, EDI, and enterprise integration scenarios.
