Description

You will own the reliability, scalability, and automation of cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable, cost-effective AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront, IAM, and VPC.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Define and implement observability strategies covering monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and establish SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS Cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, EKS, and Docker.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, or Dynatrace).
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, compliance frameworks, and governance controls.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to chaos engineering and resiliency testing tools (Gremlin, Litmus, Chaos Mesh).
• Ability to mentor engineers and promote operational excellence.
