Description

You will own the reliability and observability of the Salesforce-DB2 sync application, managing backend components across MuleSoft, Java, and Kafka.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident management and production calls, providing technical answers to directors and the Command Center.
• Analyze metrics, create alerts, and update dashboards in Dynatrace and Splunk to support L2 operations.
• Implement SLOs, synthetics, and Dynatrace configurations to enhance SRE maturity and application reliability.
• Collaborate with offshore SREs to support releases and ad-hoc enhancements for Kubernetes workloads.
• Address critical application questions during incident calls for a broader audience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps.
• Strong proficiency with Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring and observability.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, MuleSoft, and Java.
• Experience managing Kafka workloads and message queues.
• Proven track record in incident management and troubleshooting complex backend systems.
• Ability to define and implement SLOs and synthetic monitoring strategies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for interacting with senior technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce integration architectures.
• Familiarity with DB2 database environments.
