Description

Lead the SRE team to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SRE team to uphold system reliability, availability, and performance standards.
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable infrastructure and automation solutions.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerting systems using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Develop detailed runbooks for operational procedures, incident response, and recovery.
• Drive Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes to improve system resilience.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and managing large-scale production environments.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Hands-on expertise with monitoring and observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Bash.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and OpsRamp.
• Proficiency with project and incident tracking in Jira.

Preferred Skills

• SRE Foundation, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect.
• ITIL Foundation or higher certifications.
