Description

You will manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and observability pipelines across multi-cloud environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Implement and scale monitoring and observability frameworks using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Utilize ServiceNow and Jira to manage operational workflows and incident tracking.
• Support DevOps and SRE methodologies to improve system reliability.
• Leverage OpsRamp and Splunk for advanced observability and log analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SRE or infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficiency with Grafana and Prometheus for monitoring.
• Experience using Splunk for observability and log analysis.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for ITSM processes.
• Experience with Jira for project and incident tracking.
• Experience with OpsRamp.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
