Description

Lead Site Reliability Engineering efforts to ensure infrastructure stability, automation, and incident response.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain monitoring solutions for infrastructure, application performance, and user experience using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Implement automation tools and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and scale infrastructure.
• Lead incident response, including triage, resolution, and post-incident analysis to minimize downtime.
• Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and resource optimization for optimal system performance.
• Develop and test disaster recovery plans and backup strategies to ensure business continuity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in development technologies, architectures, and platforms.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud platform, including EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, and KMS.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, and Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
• Monitoring and logging expertise with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or DataDog.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with security tools like HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, and CheckMarx.
• Experience with database management (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and configuration management (SNOW, Jira).
