Description

Lead SRE and DevSecOps implementation to enhance system availability, performance, and incident MTTR.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reliable engineering systems focused on event management, self-healing, and reliability testing.
• Develop APIs and webhooks using Dynatrace, GitHub workflows, Ansible, and CDK.
• Drive automation, observability, and CI/CD improvements to reduce operational toil.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and implement proactive monitoring.
• Identify and implement strategic improvements in observability and automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SRE or DevSecOps roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Ruby, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Ansible, CDK, and GitHub workflows.
• Strong programming skills for API and webhook development.
• Deep understanding of AWS cloud services, including Lambda, Glue, and CDK.
• Knowledge of cloud databases, data warehousing, and security/identity management.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Bitbucket, or Artifactory.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell and Shell scripting.
• Understanding of operating systems, development environments, and deployment practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynatrace for observability and event management.
