Description

You will own the reliability and performance of systems built on the .NET Framework. You are responsible for ensuring stability, scalability, and efficient operations in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain highly available systems using .NET Framework technologies.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and implement fixes to minimize downtime.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment pipelines to reduce manual effort.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and optimize application and infrastructure efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability best practices into the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps roles.
• Deep expertise with the .NET Framework, including runtime internals and common libraries.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes or similar).
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI).
• Experience with monitoring and logging stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) in a .NET context.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
