Description

You will lead the migration of IBM DataStage jobs to SSIS and own end-to-end ETL development, testing, and deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Convert existing DataStage jobs to SSIS, utilizing stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Design and implement data integration solutions across Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Troubleshoot ETL issues and optimize performance for data aggregation and analysis.
• Execute unit testing and documentation for all code changes and releases.
• Collaborate with agency stakeholders to ensure report accuracy and system efficacy.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with SSIS and ETL processes.
• 7+ years of proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• 7+ years of experience with data integration, data mapping, and various ETL tools.
• 7+ years of experience in troubleshooting ETL issues and performance optimization.
• 7+ years of experience in development and unit testing.
• 5+ years of experience with PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
• 5+ years of experience with IBM DataStage.
• 5+ years of experience participating in Agile development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Statewide Education Data Systems or similar large-scale government IT projects.
