Description

Lead the migration, design, and optimization of SSIS packages and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute migration plans for transitioning SSIS packages from legacy systems to updated platforms.
• Assess existing SSIS packages to identify dependencies, performance bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
• Design and build new SSIS packages and modify existing ones to ensure system compatibility.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure accuracy, performance, and functionality of migrated packages.
• Document migration processes, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in SSIS package development and migration.
• Proficiency in SQL and T-SQL.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience with database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Experience using version control systems and deployment automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate certification.
