Lead the design and implementation of scalable data platform solutions, mentoring engineering teams and driving technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build highly scalable distributed systems using Java, focusing on concurrency, memory efficiency, and data modeling.
• Lead and mentor development teams, defining technical roadmaps and ensuring adherence to security and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute data management strategies and resolve complex data challenges.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement optimizations for large-scale datasets.
• Drive the integration of AI and parallel programming techniques to solve distributed systems problems.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software development experience in high-traffic, cloud-based environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Deep experience with Distributed Systems, Kubernetes, and Cloud Computing.
• Strong background in Database Management, Data Modeling, and Concurrency Programming.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apache Iceberg, S3, and relational database optimization for large datasets.
• Familiarity with AI applications in distributed systems, ServiceNow, or MCP/A2A platforms.
• Knowledge of data loss detection, recovery mechanisms, and security standards.
