Description

Lead the design and production delivery of Gen AI media processing systems for language localization, including closed captioning, translation, and dubbing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of production-grade Gen AI systems supporting language localization capabilities.
• Design data science experiments, define success metrics, and transition validated models into scalable production ML pipelines.
• Establish production evaluation frameworks covering model quality, drift detection, inference performance, and system-level metrics.
• Mentor and lead a team of Applied Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers, setting technical direction and delivery standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years building production-grade machine learning solutions.
• Experience designing large-scale distributed ML systems with significant customer bases.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in Computer Vision, ASR, Translation, or Text-to-Speech.
• Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, Deep Learning, and MLOps.
• Strong background in Natural Language Processing and Statistical Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Machine Learning.
• Experience with drift detection, performance optimization, and model evaluation frameworks.
• Patent or publication experience in peer-reviewed conferences.
