Description

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP models to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate ML, deep learning, and NLP models with rigorous experimentation to improve accuracy and robustness.
• Design model training and evaluation approaches, analyzing datasets and engineering features to validate performance.
• Build and integrate data science solutions with data pipelines and downstream systems for production deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to maintain ML solutions in hybrid environments.

Required Skills

• 8-15 years of experience in data science or applied machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python for production-grade ML development.
• Expertise in Machine Learning, including end-to-end modeling and evaluation.
• Deep experience with NLP, covering text processing, modeling, and evaluation.
• Hands-on Deep Learning experience with neural network modeling and training.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Gen AI technologies.
• Proficiency with AWS or GCP for ML workloads.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
