Description

You will architect and scale backend systems powering core sales transaction services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build low-latency, highly reliable Java-based services for sales transactions.
• Own end-to-end development of APIs, data flows, and integration points.
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and fault tolerance across critical flows.
• Lead design reviews and mentor engineers across multiple teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of backend development experience.
• Deep expertise in Java and Microservices.
• Experience with CPQ or quote-to-cash flows.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Experience with distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Kafka, gRPC, Redis, or NoSQL stores.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, API design, and transaction processing.
