Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize Bluetooth host software features for automotive platforms.
• Develop and maintain firmware/embedded components that support Bluetooth functionality and reliability.
• Debug and resolve complex defects across embedded, Linux-based, and application layers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver Bluetooth features and releases.
• Mentor development and validation engineers with technical guidance, reviews, and troubleshooting support.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 12 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Firmware and embedded software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C and C programming for performance-critical systems.
• Bluetooth fundamentals with hands-on experience across Classic Bluetooth and BLE/LE Audio profiles.
• Debugging experience for embedded and Linux-based systems.

Good to Have:

• C++ and Android experience, including Android AOSP work in the Bluetooth HAL and/or Audio subsystem.

Education: B.Tech or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) in Engineering (any branch)
