Description

Design and optimize Bluetooth host software for automotive platforms, owning firmware development and cross-layer debugging.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Bluetooth host software features for automotive systems.
• Develop and maintain firmware and embedded components to ensure Bluetooth functionality and reliability.
• Debug and resolve complex defects across embedded, Linux-based, and application layers.
• Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver features and manage releases.
• Mentor development and validation engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of engineering experience in firmware and embedded software development.
• Strong proficiency in C programming for performance-critical systems.
• Hands-on experience with Bluetooth fundamentals, including Classic Bluetooth and BLE/LE Audio profiles.
• Debugging experience for embedded and Linux-based systems.
• B.Tech or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) in Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• C++ and Android experience, including work with Android AOSP in the Bluetooth HAL or Audio subsystem.
