Key Skills: SIP, C++, C/C++, Golang, Microservices

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop core distributed software components using Golang, C++, and C/C++.
• Build reliable communication and service interfaces for SIP-based systems and high-throughput workloads.
• Develop concurrent, fault-tolerant components supporting active-active, multi-site architectures.
• Implement finite state machine-based processing, dynamic load distribution, and consensus-aware workflows.
• Drive technical design reviews, troubleshoot complex production issues, and provide engineering guidance across the development team.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 15 years of experience in software development, including substantial work on distributed or communications systems.
• Deep hands-on experience with Golang and strong proficiency in C++, C, or C/C++.
• Practical experience designing distributed systems involving concurrency, networking, messaging, and fault tolerance.
• Strong understanding of SIP and communication-system architecture.
• Experience developing scalable backend services and high-throughput transaction-processing systems.

Good to Have:

• Experience designing or developing microservices-based systems.

Education:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
