Description

You will lead the development and scaling of a platform spanning the frontend, CLI, API, billing, security, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Write readable, testable, and efficient code using React, Redux, and Go.
• Drive technical direction for large projects and partner with product leaders on AI product development.
• Evaluate and document technical architecture, tools, and processes.
• Implement automation and continuous delivery to reduce time to production and technical debt.
• Mentor engineers on system design, problem-solving, and operating under high uncertainty.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in React and Redux for frontend development.
• Strong backend experience with Go.
• Experience designing and maintaining APIs.
• Hands-on infrastructure experience using AWS or GCP.
• Ability to perform DevOps-lite duties, including working with Terraform or Kubernetes.
• Proven track record of building products from scratch in a startup environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end feature delivery from proof of concept to release.
