Lead the design, implementation, and technical maintenance of STARLIMS QM projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional specifications and user stories into detailed technical design specifications.
• Perform gap and feasibility fitment analysis to map user needs to the STARLIMS system.
• Manage system incidents, problem management resolutions, and L2/L3 support issues.
• Coordinate development tasks with offshore technical teams and conduct end-user training.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to STARLIMS developers and support analysts.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience implementing STARLIMS projects.
• Extensive development experience with STARLIMS QM v12.
• Functional and technical knowledge of STARLIMS QM (v11 and v12 Dictionary).
• Deep understanding of the STARLIMS Data Model.
• Hands-on experience with STARLIMS DCUs REST APIs.
• Proven experience with STARLIMS instrument integration.
• Extensive PL-SQL experience building and maintaining complex queries and stored procedures.
• Ability to assess and define enhancement and bug fix items.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and maintaining STARLIMS on AWS PaaS solutions.
