Description

Lead technical delivery and design for Sterling OMS modules, mapping business requirements to product configuration and customization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, and delivery of specific Sterling OMS modules and work packages.
• Supervise developer teams and facilitate module design and builds with offshore partners.
• Build, unit test, and review code and configurations to ensure designed flow behavior.
• Modify complex existing systems or develop new subsystems as required.
• Create technical design documents and support production performance engineering.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Sterling OMS configuration and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Sterling Web SOM and Web Call Center modules.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and J2ME design patterns.
• Strong SQL skills with experience using Oracle Database or DB2.
• Proficiency with Eclipse IDE and SoapUI.
• Solid knowledge of Unix and Shell Scripting.
• Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• DB2 or Oracle Database certified professional.
• IBM or Oracle certified Application Server professional.
