Description

Lead the design and development of custom solutions within the Sterling OMS framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement enhancements, modifications, and new features within the Sterling OMS framework.
• Integrate Sterling OMS with enterprise systems, third-party applications, and external APIs using REST.
• Customize Sterling OMS components, workflows, business rules, and order processing logic.
• Develop and maintain interfaces to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for designs, configurations, and code changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Sterling OMS Developer with successful project implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Sterling OMS architecture, configuration, and customization.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and XML.
• Experience with REST integrations.
• Solid understanding of Sterling environment setup.
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
• Domain knowledge in Order Management, Retail, or eCommerce.

Preferred Skills

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
