Description

You will manage and implement NetApp FAS series storage and Data ONTAP environments in a 24x7 operational setting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and implement NetApp FAS series and Data ONTAP environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot SnapMirror, SnapVault, and high availability clustering.
• Manage upgrades for ONTAP versions and hardware firmware.
• Troubleshoot CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, and FC SAN environments.
• Resolve complex hardware cases and coordinate with vendors for support and RCA preparation.

Required Skills

• 5 to 15 years of storage support experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with NetApp FAS series and Data ONTAP.
• At least 4 years of experience in NAS administration.
• Expertise in configuring SnapManager for SAP, Exchange, and SQL.
• Experience implementing Operations Manager (DFM), SnapManager, and Protection Manager.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, and FC SAN.
• System administration experience on Windows and Unix.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Preferred Skills

• VMware knowledge.
• NetApp technology certification.
