You design, implement, and maintain storage and backup solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and configuration of storage and backup systems.
• Provision and decommission storage according to documented procedures.
• Troubleshoot production incidents across development, test, and production environments.
• Monitor storage and backup systems, optimizing resource usage.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and system documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of production support experience in Storage & Backup Administration.
• Expert-level knowledge of large-scale SAN & Storage Systems (NetApp, EMC, HPE, IBM, Cisco, Rubrik, Brocade).
• Expert knowledge of operating systems: AIX, Linux, Windows, and VMware.
• Proficiency in scripting and Ansible for automating repeatable tasks.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting NFS exports and CIFS Shares.
• Understanding of application/database design and integration with storage systems.
• Experience participating in on-call rotation support.
