You will design, engineer, and optimize enterprise data protection platforms for mission-critical workloads in a hybrid environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and operation of backup and recovery solutions for high-availability systems.
• Provide L3 technical leadership and serve as the primary escalation point for complex storage issues.
• Implement disaster recovery strategies and ransomware protection frameworks.
• Optimize enterprise-scale backup architectures to ensure cyber resilience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in storage engineering or data protection.
• Hands-on expertise with IBM Storage Protect and IBM Storage Defender Data Protect.
• Strong proficiency with Commvault and Rubrik platforms.
• Proven ability to design hybrid environment backup solutions.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
