Description

Own the functional, technical, and process architecture for supply chain applications, specifically Control Tower and TMS solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement transportation and control tower solutions, including backend data architecture.
• Partner with IT to translate business requirements into application specifications and deliver preventive solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to perform root-cause analysis, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
• Manage global rollouts, oversee UAT/SIT phases, and drive user adoption across multiple geographies.
• Develop operational specifications, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc reports to monitor supply chain performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain technology or transportation solutions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data warehousing and large dataset analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems, AWS, TMS, and supply chain visibility platforms.
• Deep understanding of API/EDI integrations and data architecture.
• Proven ability in root-cause analysis and problem-solving for critical production issues.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong consultative and analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with data science inputs for integrated supply chain strategies.
