Key Responsibilities
• Lead Supply Chain, Warehouse, Distribution, Logistics, and Fulfillment transformation initiatives.
• Conduct discovery workshops with business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional, technical, and solution designs.
• Design solutions for WMS, OMS, TMS, ERP, Inventory, Transportation, and Supply Chain Visibility.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, integration, data, and offshore engineering teams.
• Drive enterprise integrations using APIs, microservices, cloud, and event-driven architecture.
• Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, AI, and process optimization.
• Present solution roadmaps and provide technical leadership throughout implementation.

Required Skills
• 12–15+ years of Supply Chain, Distribution, Warehouse, or Logistics technology experience.
• Strong experience with WMS, OMS, TMS, ERP, and enterprise supply chain platforms.
• Knowledge of Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM/S4, Oracle SCM, Körber, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in APIs, microservices, cloud, data architecture, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation and offshore delivery teams
