Description

Provide technical support for in-house applications, SaaS solutions, and custom integrations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and debug in-house applications using Python and C# .NET.
• Manage break-fix tasks, routine maintenance, releases, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve user requests.
• Document business requirements and execute test plans and scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application support or software development.
• Proficiency with Python and .NET frameworks.
• Experience with Flask.
• Strong SQL skills including Oracle and SQL Server.
• Web development experience with Apache HTTP and Microsoft IIS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Linux (RHEL) server administration, including job scheduling and command line usage.
• Kafka client development experience.
