You will provide advanced technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and resolve complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform log analysis and conduct thorough root cause investigations to implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
• Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 support engineers to resolve challenging technical problems.
• Manage software updates, patches, and security fixes to maintain system integrity.
• Lead or assist in major incident management to minimize downtime through coordinated responses.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues and handle audit-related queries.
• Create SOPs for all processes and monitor system performance to identify and optimize bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in IT support or NOC environments.
• Proficiency in Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Java and .NET frameworks.
• Strong capability in log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with scripting and automation.
• Solid understanding of database management and incident management processes.
• Knowledge of application lifecycles, including Aadhaar Vault, APBS, ABACUS (version 2.0), and AEPS/mATM.
• Ability to provide status reporting to stakeholders regarding open points and closure timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Strong technical skills in networking concepts and software applications.
