Description

You will provide technical support for complex, web-based software suites and privacy platforms.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex integration issues across web-based software suites.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to users via phone, video, and email.
• Drive process enhancements and continuous improvement within the support workflow.
• Work night shifts, late shifts, or weekends to support coverage and new releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with privacy platforms or web/mobile development stacks.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• Knowledge of relational databases, specifically MySQL.
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of operating systems, browsers, and development processes.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
