Description

You will lead the architecture, deployment, and management of macOS device solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage macOS device lifecycles using Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune, covering provisioning, patching, and decommissioning.
• Develop automation scripts and policies to streamline device onboarding, updates, and compliance enforcement.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex macOS hardware, software, and enterprise integration issues.
• Partner with InfoSec and IT Operations to enforce security baselines and implement endpoint protection best practices.
• Automate manual processes to increase reliability and reduce operational costs through software packaging and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of macOS end-user computer engineering experience in enterprise environments with 10,000+ users.
• Expert-level Jamf Pro proficiency, including Policies, Smart Groups, Configuration Profiles, and Scripts.
• Jamf 200 certification is required.
• Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash, Python, AppleScript, Perl, or zsh.
• Deep understanding of macOS internals, security frameworks, and MDM protocols.
• Experience with Zero Touch Deployment methods and analytical reporting.
• Strong knowledge of macOS, iOS, and tvOS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Microsoft Intune for macOS.
• Familiarity with identity and access management systems such as Active Directory, Entra AD, or PingFederate.
• Knowledge of EDR tools like CrowdStrike, CIS benchmarks, or compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, SOX).
