Description

You will lead the technical execution and implementation of large-scale SAP transformation programs and customer projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation, conception, and realization of customer implementation projects through to Go Live.
• Conduct blueprint workshops and meetings with internal and external clients to define project scope and timelines.
• Execute SAP system upgrades, migrations, and transitions to hyperscalers.
• Analyze business processes using root cause analysis and technical performance optimization.
• Optimize ABAP and JAVA code to improve system performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP technology implementation or support experience.
• 10+ years of experience with SAP ABAP and JAVA-based Netweaver systems.
• Proficiency with RDBMS databases including SAP HANA, MSSQL, Oracle, or DB2.
• Programming skills in at least one language: ABAP, JAVA, C, C++, or SQL.
• Experience installing and operating SAP HANA.
• Experience with SAP Integration Technologies and BTP.
• Technical expertise in performance analysis, hardware layouts, networks, and migration planning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux, Unix, and SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
• Transitioning SAP systems to SAP HEC, MS Azure, or AWS.
• Sizing, landscape design, and managing critical customer escalations.
