Description

Manage service delivery and client relationships for an assigned portfolio to ensure high CSAT and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead global teams to achieve shared objectives between the organization and clients.
• Conduct proactive delivery governance and mitigate risks to ensure all engagements meet commitments.
• Drive service improvements and implement new tools, ideas, and best practices to scale organizational capabilities.
• Mentor team members for leadership roles and build functional capacity for upcoming priorities.
• Manage P&L, revenue reporting, gross margins, and other financial metrics for your portfolio.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in service delivery or support management.
• Proven experience managing P&L, revenue, and gross margins.
• Strong understanding of Agile Execution.
• Experience with Estimation Processes and program tracking/reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage CSAT outcomes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and present to large groups.
• Experience supporting business development activities to increase revenue.
