Description

You will provide front and back-end technical support for third-party application products, covering deployment, implementation, and application modifications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve application errors through debugging and data analysis.
• Perform application configuration, scripting, and deployment tasks.
• Write SQL queries and stored procedures for data analysis and issue resolution.
• Support Java-based web applications and third-party products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience providing technical support for third-party application products.
• Proficiency in writing SQL and stored procedures (Oracle Databases).
• Hands-on experience with Java-based web applications.
• Ability to perform data analysis and scripting.
• Experience with application deployment, implementation, and configuration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, PL/SQL, XML, and Groovy Script.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Agile Assets/Trimble Asset Management system.
