Description

You will design, develop, and maintain features for the Member Benefits System (MBS) while supporting production stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features within the Member Benefits System using CA:2E and IBM-i tools.
• Analyze and resolve production support issues through effective troubleshooting.
• Define system changes in collaboration with business analysts and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain existing codebases and adhere to established development standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with the CA:2E (Synon/2E, Advantage/2E, Cool:2e) toolset.
• 8+ years of application development on IBM-i (System i, i-Series, AS/400) using RPG, SQL, and CL.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or programs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for issue resolution.
• Ability to code and deliver against project deadlines with minimal guidance.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Snowflake, and MuleSoft.
