Description

You will develop, enhance, and support the Member Benefits System (MBS) on IBM-i.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own development and maintenance of the Member Benefits System (MBS).
• Collaborate with business analysts and internal customers to define system changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues.
• Develop code with minimal guidance while meeting project deadlines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of development experience with IBM-i (System i, i-Series, AS/400).
• Strong proficiency in RPG, SQL, and CL tools.
• 8+ years of experience using the CA:2E toolset (Synon/2E, Advantage/2E, Cool:2e).
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects and programs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and diligence in resolving issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Synon/CM, Design Tracker, ServiceNow, Snowflake, MuleSoft, Showcase, Salesforce, PageDNA, LegaSuite, Java, Apex, Query Tools, or web design.
