Description

You will support global IT operations by managing SaaS systems, driving automation, and implementing security tools.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as a solutions architect for SaaS applications and services.
• Lead projects to audit and optimize the SaaS portfolio with a focus on security and utilization.
• Streamline Identity & Lifecycle Management by integrating SaaS applications with the identity provider.
• Roll out and manage MDM solutions to automate and secure endpoints.
• Proactively manage OS and security patching across all endpoints and servers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of enterprise IT experience.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Okta.
• Experience managing device platforms like Jamf and Kandji.
• Proven ability to automate IT workflows using scripting and APIs.
• Solid knowledge of macOS and Windows end-user environments.
• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, VPNs, and ISP infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Skilled in implementing AI-powered tools for service desk automation.
