Description

You will administer, secure, and optimize multi-platform server infrastructure across Red Hat Linux, Windows Server, and IBM AIX environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain OS platforms including Red Hat Linux, CentOS, Windows Server, and IBM AIX.
• Implement system performance tuning, capacity planning, and patching strategies.
• Deploy and manage high availability, clustering, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Automate administrative tasks using Shell, Bash, and PowerShell scripts.
• Provide L2 support, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and guide L1 team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Red Hat Linux and CentOS administration.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server management.
• Hands-on experience with IBM AIX and Mirantis container platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Scripting expertise in Shell, Bash, and PowerShell for automation.
• Understanding of system performance tuning, HADR, and security compliance.
• Basic networking knowledge and user access control management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation and supporting virtualization platforms.
