Description

You will serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise monitoring, ITSM platform maturity, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement enterprise monitoring solutions using Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and Dynatrace.
• Maintain and mature the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Discovery configurations.
• Identify and resolve issues related to Configuration Identification (CI), reconciliation, normalization, and service mapping.
• Develop CMDB configuration reports and dashboards to support Hardware and Software Asset Management.
• Research technical solutions and participate in product roadmap planning to automate internal processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting experience with enterprise monitoring tools including SCOM and Dynatrace.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, JavaScript, and Python.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting datacenter infrastructure including Network, F5, Operating Systems, SAN, and Virtualization.
• Experience managing ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Ability to support requirement gathering and user story development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - Discovery.
• Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator.
• 3+ years of experience specifically configuring the ServiceNow platform.
