Description

You will act as a subject matter expert for the design, configuration, and implementation of enterprise-level monitoring and configuration management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise monitoring using Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace.
  • Maintain the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and enhance client configurations.
  • Manage Configuration Identification (CI) processes, including reconciliation, normalization, and relationship mapping.
  • Develop CMDB configuration reports and dashboards to support hardware and software asset management.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders during requirement gathering and user story development to ensure functional quality.
  • Research technical solutions and participate in product roadmap planning.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
  • Expertise in enterprise monitoring and advanced troubleshooting of complex application issues.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace.
  • Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Network, F5, Operating Systems, SAN, and Virtualization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of configuration experience within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - Client.
  • Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator.
