Description

You will administer and troubleshoot on-premise server infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, while managing network components for optimal performance and security. You will design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure, integrating these with existing on-premise systems. Your work will include implementing firewall rules on SonicWall and Palo Alto devices, managing Active Directory and Group Policies, and maintaining enterprise storage solutions like Isilon and VxRail. You will develop automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or Ansible to streamline provisioning. Additionally, you will lead infrastructure migration projects, perform routine system audits, and document all architectural changes and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer on-premise Windows and Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Design and maintain hybrid cloud environments using AWS, GCP, and Azure services.
• Implement and manage firewall configurations on SonicWall and Palo Alto devices.
• Develop IaC solutions and automation scripts using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, or Python.
• Lead infrastructure migration projects and manage vendor relationships for IT resource procurement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a System, Infrastructure, or Network Administrator.
• Strong expertise in VMware virtualization, including design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy administration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Knowledge of enterprise storage solutions (Isilon, Vblock, VxRail, Data Domain, Avamar).
• Familiarity with SonicWall and Palo Alto firewall administration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with disaster recovery and backup strategies.
• Proven project management experience in infrastructure initiatives.
